1 –2 Potatoes per person cut in half, end to end
FOR EACH POTATO ¼ tsp / 1.25 mL kosher salt 2 turns fresh ground pepper ½ tsp / 2.5 mL Rosemary finely chopped ½ tsp / 2.5 mL Garlic, minced or through press 1 tbsp / 15 mL Olive oil |

| Directions: |
- Potatoes cooked on the grill require low heat and a longer cooking time
- Brush potatoes with olive oil, sprinkle on salt, pepper, rosemary, garlic 10 minutes prior to cooking.
- Cook on low-medium heat until knife slides easily through. (Approx. 45 minutes)
