Ingredients

Directions

    1. In a bowl, mix pineapple, banana, coconut flakes, coconut cream, rum, and vanilla.
    2. Cut 6 15x12 inch pieces of heavy duty foil. Brush foil with butter.
    3. Place 1/6 of fruit mixture on half of foil. Fold over other half and seal edges real well. Make sure it does not leak. Leave some room between edge and fruit filling. Repeat process with remaining ingredients till finished.
    4. Preheat grill till hot. Place fruit parcels on grill and bake about 15 minutes. Serve immediately. Let each person open his parcel and inhale the sweet smell. Serve with ice cream if desired.
