Ingredients

Directions

    1. Cut up the melons and make into cubes-set aside. Make a foil bowl or use a grill bowl or wok.
    2. Cut open the lime and juice by squeezing the lime into the wok or other container you are going to cook in. Now add a few tablespoons of mint jelly and then a dab or two of olive oil and stir together. Add the melons and stir - I myself use my hands.
    3. Warm on the grill for a bit (I use a premade loaf dish and cover and do not put it directly over the fire), so it warms. You can actually make dessert while you are eating your dinner prepared on the grill - put this on and turn off the grill and use the heat or have it on low. Remember that you are not cooking it you are warming it.
