Chinese Style Grilled Sea Bass

    1. Heat one section of grill to medium heat. Coat grill with peanut* oil.
    2. Clean fish thoroughly, remove any remaining scales.
    3. Clean fish thoroughly, remove any remaining scales.
    4. Insert slivered garlic and ginger into each gash.
    5. Fill each fish cavity with 4 stems cilantro.
    6. Whisk soy sauce, fish sauce and Sesame oil and brush inside and outside of fish thoroughly.
    7. Set prepared fish in a shallow bowl, cover with plastic wrap and marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hr.
    8. Grill fish for 8 minutes or until flesh has turned milk white.
    9. Garnish with remaining cilantro when serving.
    10. Discard the marinade.
