Salmon Marinated in Wine

This is a recipe that turned my kid on to the taste of fish! It is so good and healthy.

Ingredients

Directions

    1. Mix wine, olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic in a casserole dish and lay salmon skin down for 1/2 hour, let sit in refrigerator. Turn salmon over and do same for 1/2 hour on opposite side.
    2. Salt and pepper lightly then place on grill skin side up for 2 minutes and flip over to seal the juices. Keep a close eye on it. Continue to cook until fish is flaky, flip if needed.
    3. Serve with green vegetable and potato...
