Directions

    1. Scrub potatoes, cut in half and place in a microwave safe container. Cover and microwave 10 minutes. While the potatoes are cooking, wash and clean shrimp. Place on skewers and baste one side with butter, season lightly with salt, garlic powder and Chesapeake Bay seasoning.
    2. Place potatoes cut side down on grill and cook for 10 minutes. Turn, cut 1/2 slot the length of potato. Baste with butter, salt and pepper to taste. Place shrimp seasoned side down on grill. Baste again and season lightly. Cook for three minutes and turn. Cook for two additional minutes and remove everything from the grill.
