Simple Lemon Butter Salmon BBQ

Simple seafood dish to serve. Can use other seafood in lieu of salmon.

    1. Tear off four large squares of aluminum foil four times the size of each of the filets. You will use these to bake the filets on the grill.
    2. Line the aluminum foil squares with enough lemon slices to cover the bottoms of each of the filets (this way no filet is resting directly on the the aluminum foil when put on the grill).
    3. Pour over each of the filets some of the lemon juice and then sprinkle some of the freshly ground salt and pepper and then place a sprig of fresh rosemary over each of the filets and then cover with the two pats of butter on each of the filets. Bring the ends of the aluminum foil upward together and begin turning it inward toward you, once you have completely wrapped it closed, wrap the ends upward towards from the outwards to the middle and put the grill. Cooking time will vary between 15-25 minutes.
