Ingredients

Directions

    1. Just before service, thoroughly mix yogurt and next 6 ingredients and set aside to marinate at room temperature. Toss trout strips to cover completely before putting on the grill to BBQ.
    2. Grill marinated trout fillets flesh side down, for 1 minute. Turn and grill just until firm (about 30 seconds).
    3. To assemble: Make 6 nests of 4 lettuce leaves each. Put equal amount of rice into each. Drizzle each with dipping sauce, add 1 grilled trout filet, cut into strips. Garnish with torn orange leaves. Serve remaining dipping sauce on the side.
