All-American Cross-Country Grill

This mixed grill with foods enjoyed across the country will entice friends and crown you King-of-the-Q! Cook all these great foods at once—Buffalo Wings, Kansas City Ribs, Louisiana Shrimp Skewers and Idaho Potato Skins.

    1. Preheat grill to 375 degrees F. Remove shrimp from marinade bag and skewer, refrigerate. Wash potatoes and cut in half lengthwise. Wrap individually in tin foil and place on upper rack of grill.
    2. After 20 minutes, place wings and ribs on grill and move partially cooked potatoes to lower grill. Frequently baste ribs while turning. Turn and rotate chicken wings frequently.
    3. After an additional 20 minutes, open potatoes and scoop out middle with spoon. Return potatoes to grill with foil loosely opened. Continue basting ribs and rotating chicken.
    4. After an additional 15 minutes, coat ribs and wings with your two favourite BBQ sauces. Place shrimp on grill and baste with remaining shrimp marinade for 3-5 minutes while turning. Continue turning chicken and ribs while coating with additional sauce. Meanwhile, place cheese and bacon in potato boats, loosely close foil and move to upper rack of grill.
    5. Place wings and shrimp on a large platter. Cut ribs into two-bone portions and place on platter. Remove potatoes from foil and scoop sour cream in potato boats, sprinkle with parsley and green onion and place on platter. Serve.
