Directions

    1. Cook on grill using indirect heat 1 hour per pound. After cooking slice & cut into 1/2 inch cubes. Place in large stock pot covering completely with sauce listed in ingredients. Simmer over low heat for 30-40 minutes allowing meat to absorb sauce.
    2. Combine in small saucepan over low heat. Just as sauce starts to bubble remove and pour over BBQ. Using a slotted spoon combine, stirring often with a covered lid. Serve with iced tea or other beverage of your choosing & ENJOY!!
