Ingredients

Directions

    1. Mix vinegar, oil, thyme, garlic, and pepper. Pour over steaks and let marinate for 30 minutes on the countertop or 3 hours in the fridge.
    2. Combine butter, cheese, parsley, and walnuts, and set aside. Pre-heat gas grill to medium-high heat.
