Crown Roast

Ingredients

Directions

    1. Rinse roast with water and pat dry, then brush with pineapple juice. Mix dry ingredients together and apply all over the roast.
    2. Turn on right side of grill and attain 300 degrees, place a pan with the remaining pineapple juice over the heated side. Place crown roast on the left hand side.
    3. Check meat after 1 hour for inside temperature and every 20 mins thereafter. Cook till desired doneness is attained. Remove from bbq and tent with aluminum foil. Let stand 10 mins. Cut between bones and serve.
