Ingredients

Directions

    1. To make marinade, place onion, pink peppercorns, green peppercorns, coriander, black pepper, cumin, garam masala, mixed spice, turmeric, paprika, salt, peanut oil, sesame oil and vinegar into a food processor or blender and process to make a paste.
    2. Rub marinade over pork, place in a glass or ceramic dish, cover and marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
    3. Preheat a covered barbecue to a medium heat. Place pork on lightly oiled barbecue grill and cook, turning frequently, for 2-21/2 hours or until pork is tender and cooked through. Stand for 10 minutes before carving and serving.
