Killer Kabobs

Ingredients

Directions

    1. Chop up the pork tenderloin into 1 inch size morsels. Marinate the pork tenderloin with my "BBQ Pork Chops" marinade for a minimum of 1 hour in the fridge.
    2. Cut up the peppers and onions into 2 inch square pieces. Take a skewer and start by piercing thru the middle of an onion "square" (round part facing in). Next pierce a morsel of meat, then a slice of pepper and then a mushroom. Repeat the process by alternating the peppers thus adding color to each skewer. Refrigerate for an hour.
    3. Pre-heat the BBQ Cook on medium heat for approximately 3-4 minutes on each side. Watch for flare-ups. Serve on a bed of rice.
