Lemon Basil Steak and Prawns



    1. Finely chop half of herbs and set the other half aside. Halve one lemon and squeeze juice into chopped herbs and olive oil. Pour mixture into shallow dish and marinate meat and prawns in refrigerator for 2 - 4 hours, flipping once to coat both sides if desired.
    2. Pre-heat gas grill for direct heat and skewer prawns. Close hood. Cook steaks first for 10 - 14 minutes, turning once.
    3. Place remaining herbs on warming rack or cooler part area of the grill. Once steaks are almost to desired doneness, place them directly on the herbs. Place prawns on the main grill and cook for 2 - 3 minutes per side.
    4. Use remaining lemons to spritz meat and prawns directly on the grill. Salt and pepper to taste.
