Directions

    1. Slather steaks with Dijon mustard. Adding more if necessary.
    2. Combine marinade ingredients. Pour over steaks and marinate.
    3. Refrigerate 30 mins. for tenderloin, sirloin, strip loin or rib steak; 4 to 12 hours for round or cross rib.
    4. Barbeque or broil.
