Marinated Pork Chops with Onions and Mushrooms

    1. Place pork chops in a shallow baking dish with Worcestershire sauce and marinate, covered in the fridge, for 2-3 hours.
    2. Barbecue pork chops on medium to high heat for only 5-7 minutes on each side, depending on thickness. Brush pork chops with barbecue sauce each time you turn them.
