Ingredients

Directions

    1. Place steaks on a platter and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt and pepper. You do not need a lot of seasoning.
    2. Rub steak lightly to massage in the seasoning.
    3. Sprinkle just enough Dales to cover the steak. Do not over do it.
    4. Turn steak over and repeat. Let stand for 30 minutes
    5. After marinating, place on a hot grill for two minutes.
    6. Turn steak over for another two minutes.
    7. If the steak needs to be cooked more, continue to turn steak every two minutes at 90 degrees to the grids on the grill. This will make a pretty steak, as well as a tasteful one. Cook until desired temperature.
