Mom\'s Flank Steak and Marinade

This is a delicious and quick marinade to make for flank steak. All the ingredients can be found in your pantry. The marinade only takes 15 minutes to make. The rest of the time required is for the meat to sit in the marinade.

Ingredients

Directions

    1. Mix all ingredients together in a container or plastic Ziplock bag just large enough to hold the marinade and the meat.
    2. Score both sides of the steak with cross marks using a sharp knife. Place the steak into the marinade, covering both sides. Marinate approx 3 hours.
    3. Grill 4 minutes a side for medium rare (adjust time to your liking). Slice steak 1/4" thin on a angle across the grain of the meat. ENJOY!
