My Secret Rib Recipe

Ingredients

Directions

    1. Place each slab face up in center of enough foil to be able to rap individually and completely. Rub rib's with light butter coating then garlic, onion, pepper and top with a spritz of lemon juice.
    2. Seal each slab in foil completely and place on low flame on grill. Cook for 1 hour turning every 15 minutes. (keep flame low) After 1 hour, remove from foil, slice into individual ribs and dip into bowl of BBQ sauce and place back on fire. (keep flame low)
    3. Continue to turn every 10 minutes or so until cooked to proper heat. Be sure to sprinkle with the full flavored beer ever few minutes while cooking.
