Rick\'s Tequila Lime Kabobs

Kabobs with steak, peppers, onion, pineapple, and lime slices. Marinated in a tequila lime sauce, the lime slices add a tangy flavor and juiciness to the cubes of steak.

    1. Whisk marinade to blend well. Add all marinade ingredients to a bowl or zipper storage bag. Add steak cubes and marinate for at least an hour. Be sure to soak bamboo skewers for an hour to prevent burning.
    2. Preheat grill to medium heat. Thread your choice of peppers, onion, pineapple, and meat onto the skewers. Place a slice of lime on one or both sides of each cube of meat. A slice of pineapple on the opposite side of the meat adds a nice flavor.
    3. Grill for 5 minutes per side, turning once. Drizzle marinade over the kabobs after turning. Discard the lime slices, and enjoy!
