Smoked Pork Tenderloin

Pork tenderloins seasoned and fast grilled then slow smoked to perfection.

Smoked Pork Tenderloin



    1. Rinse Pork Tenderloins with water pat dry and season to taste with fresh ground pepper and BBQ chicken seasoning. Preheat full grill to 400F
    2. On a hot oiled grill quickly grill mark all four side of the tenderloins. Add tray of water soaked wood chips to other side of grill on burner plates. Transfer tenderloins to upper rack and turn off burners under tenderloins. Close lid and allow smoke to build for approximately 20-30 minutes
    3. Remove Tenderloins from grill allow to rest for approximately 10 minutes and then slice in 10 mm strips on the diagonal. You can then drizzle over any sauce whatever suits your fancy, Sesame oil, BBQ sauce, Salad Dressings. Serve with a fresh garden salad, stick veggies and garlic pasta
