Teriyaki Rib Steaks with Cucumber Sauce

The cool, crisp cucumber relish plays nicely against the rich teriyaki glaze. Other cuts of beef may be used, but this is the one my family likes best.

Teriyaki Rib Steaks with Cucumber Sauce

Ingredients

Directions

    1. In a bowl, combine sour cream, cucumber. red onion, mint, cumin and coriander. Mix well, cover and chill.
    2. Preheat grill to 375 degrees. Pat steaks with paper towel to dry and season on both sides with a little salt to taste and freshly ground pepper.
    3. Add steaks to grill and cook about 10 minutes for medium-rare or 15 minutes for medium-done. Serve with cucumber sauce
