Beer Can Chicken

Directions

    1. Rub the two chickens with the olive oil and steak spice. Empty 1/2 of each beer into a glass. Heat one side of your BBQ on high.
    2. Take each of the 1/2 full beers and put them up the chickens backside. Set the chickens on the unheated side of your grill. Use the beer can and the two legs like a tripod. Close the BBQ lid.
    3. After approx. 45 minutes open the BBQ lid and with tongs gently turn the chickens around. Close the lid and cook for another 45 minutes.
