Drunken Chicken

The juiciest chicken ever; you'll never cook another in the oven after having this.

    1. Combine all dry ingredients and mix well, crush the red pepper flakes smaller if desired. Rinse the chicken, leaving some moisture on the skin.
    2. Remove 1/3 of the beer from the can, insert the garlic into the can. Place the can in the holder, place the chicken over the can. Now massage in the spices all over the chicken.
    3. Have pre-heated bbq at 250 only 1 side of the grill on, place the chicken on the opposite side, convection type cooking, check with meat thermometer after 1 hour of cooking, then every 15 mins or so till the chicken is at 170 degrees highest, remover from heat and tent with tin foil for 10 mins letting the juices settle, carve and enjoy.
