Fixico\'s Beer Chicken

Sweet and a little spicy chicken thighs that literally fall off the bone.

Ingredients

Directions

    1. In large bowl, stir together the beer and BBQ sauce. Preheat grill to Med/High.
    2. Add remaining ingredients (except the foil). Toss to coat.
    3. Make a pouch out of the foil and carefully add the contents of the bowl, sauce and all.
    4. Crimp the open end of the pouch. Grill pouch for 30-45 minutes. Making a few incisions on the top of the pouch about 8-10 minutes before end of cooking time to allow for remainder of alcohol to evaporate off and the sauce to thicken.
    5. Remove from grill. Cut open top of pouch and serve.
