Grill-Seared Duck with Plum Sauce

Ingredients

Directions

    1. On a side burner or range, heat pureed plums, pineapple juice, sugar, water, vinegar, soy sauce, and ginger. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir corn starch and 2 tablespoons cold water. Let cool and refrigerate in a covered dish for 30 minutes.
    2. Mix duck ingredients in a sealable plastic bag and shake. Let stand for 15 minutes. Preheat gas grill to medium-high heat.
    3. Place duck breasts on grill and cook approximately 5 minutes a side, flipping only once if possible.
    4. Cut duck into cubes. Drizzle with plum sauce and serve over rice and vegetables with a sprinkle of parsley.
