Italian Chicken Voila

I discovered this while experimenting with herbs. My family scarfed up the chicken. I have to say it is simply fabulous, fresh and delicious!

Cook Time
15 to 30 minutes

    1. Put all ingredients including chicken breasts in a large ziplock bag and marinade over night or 6-8 hours in refrigerator, depending on how you like infused flavors of the spices. Don't forget to turn bag approximately every 4-6 hours so chicken marinates evenly. For those that have flavor injectors, use some of the marinade inside the chicken breasts themselves.
    2. Spray BBQ grill with Pam and then put on your chicken breasts. Cook breast sides down for 30-45 minutes with grill lid closed, turning at about the 15 minute mark, depending on size of breasts.
    3. Remove chicken from grill after testing to ensure juices are running clear. Always test in two areas on the chicken, the thicker area and the thinner area.
