Ingredients

Directions

    1. In a zip lock bag, add chicken, tequila, salt and pepper. Squeeze out the air in the bag and seal. Toss around a little to mix and coat. Let marinate in fridge for about an hour.
    2. Preheat grill to med/high. Remove chicken from liquid and dispose of liquid. Grill Chicken for about 30 minutes, until cooked through. Watch for flare ups, because the chicken may be a little flammable at first.
    3. Remove cooked chicken from the grill and plate. Squeeze a quarter of lime over the chicken. Lightly salt and pepper to taste.
