Easy to make brine. Just mix it up the night before in a two (2) gallon ziplock freezer bag, add cut up chicken, and put in the fridge overnight. The meat will be tender, juicy and fall off the bone.

    1. Wash the chicken and pat dry. Place the cut up chicken in the brine to soak overnight.
    2. Just prior to lighting the grill, remove chicken from the brine and discard the brine, rinse the chicken and pat dry.
    3. Put a light coating of vegetable oil on the chicken to prevent sticking and place on a hot grill to sear both sides, move the chicken to the outside edges of the grill (medium heat) and cover for 15-20 minutes. Turn the chicken over and cover and cook for about 15 minutes or until done.
