Ingredients

Directions

    1. Place tarragon in a food processor with several drops of water. Blend until tarragon has a milk shake consistency. You may have to add a bit more water to get the 'shake' consistency. If you add too much water it is okay.
    2. Pour the tarragon shake into a bowl. Mix in white wine, garlic, lemon juice and olive oil. Add the chicken and to the grill we go.
    3. You can marinate for a several hours, overnight or go direct to the grill. Make sure the chicken is not cold when you place it on the grill.
    4. Cook on grill till done on low-medium heat. Baste every 15 minutes
