Cajun onions are great by themselves and even better when served on top of a nice ribeye steak or brats and burgers.

Directions

    1. After peeling, cut each onion into 5 large pieces and place in wok.
    2. Add butter and spices and grill over medium high heat. Keep moving the onions around in the wok so they don't burn.
    3. The large pieces will break up into smaller pieces, and when the onions start to curl, they are done.
