Chili Lime Corn on the Cob

Ingredients

Directions

    1. Soak the corn in the husks in a large tub of water for at least 1 hour.
    2. Place the corn on the top rack of the grill (or wherever there is the least heat) cover and grill for about 25 minutes. When finished, remove husks.
    3. Place the corn in a deep serving dish. Add a few Tbsps Butter and let it melt over the corn. Squeeze the juice of 1 or 2 limes over the corn, and sprinkle with 1 Tbsp. chili powder. Stir or shake the corn around a bit to make sure it's covered well.
