Ingredients

Directions

    1. Wash heads of fennel, trim off both end ends of Fennel, cut Fennel into small 2" to 3" pieces.
    2. Line grill top with aluminum foil then start grill on med heat.
    3. Place Fennel in a bowl then sprinkle with salt and olive oil then mix everything together. {Don't be shy with the oil}
    4. Cut thin strips of Reggiano Parmigiana Cheese and place aside.
    5. When grill is hot spread Fennel across foil then place strips of Reggiano Parmigiana Cheese on top. Cook for about 15-20 until Fennel is soft and cheese browns.
