Ingredients

Directions

    1. Wash potatoes, slice into 1/4 inch to 3/8 inch slices.
    2. Place slices on a sheet or tin foil then baste both sides with olive oil. Sprinkle salt and pepper to desired consistency and then sprinkle paprika on both sides.
    3. Place on warming rack of bbq at med heat, cook approx 5 minutes per side, adjust after that for your bbq's heat.
