Directions

    1. Preheat grill. On auxiliary grill burner bring salted water to boil as per pasta package instructions. Cut squash, peppers, onions and mushrooms into quarters. Brush these vegetables with 2 tbs oil.
    2. Grill squash, onions and peppers for 5 minutes on each side. Grill mushrooms for 5 minutes total. Boil pasta while vegetables are grilling as per package instructions. Slice vegetables after cooking to bite size portions. Slice tomatoes.
    3. Drain pasta and return to pot. Add sliced vegetables, remaining olive oil, chopped basil and chives and salt and pepper to taste to pasta in the pot. Toss lightly to combine flavors. Remove from pot to serving bowl. Serve warm or at room temperature.
