Wonderful side dish. Alternative to skillet fried potatoes and onions.

Ingredients

Directions

    1. for each potato, cut about 12 inches of aluminum foil and spread butter or margarine in the middle of the foil.
    2. Cut onions and potatoes into slices. Put on foil, layering the onion slices between slices of potatoes (one potato per sheet of foil. Seal the foil on all sides by folding over.
    3. Cook on low to medium heat. Ten minutes on one side, then turn and ten minutes on the other.
