Red Potatoes on the Grill

This is for a great side item when doing any barbeque. Prep is easy, cooking is even easier. Everyone I have ever cooked this for loves it.

Ingredients

Directions

    1. Dice into cubes the potatoes, onions and peppers.
    2. Mix onions, peppers, and bacon bits into the bread pan.
    3. Spread the Cavenders spice, salt and pepper through out the mixture so as to coat the potatoes generously. As your doing this make sure you cover everything in Italian dressing. Salt and pepper to taste.
    4. With the mixture in the pre formed pan, cover and seal with aluminum foil.
    5. Place the plan directly on the grill. Leave on the grill for 1 and a half to two hours. Depending on the heat. Stir ever half hour. Make sure you reseal after stirring.
