    1. Potatoes cooked on the grill require low heat and a longer cooking time
    2. Brush potatoes with olive oil, sprinkle on salt, pepper, rosemary, garlic 10 minutes prior to cooking.
    3. Cook on low-medium heat until knife slides easily through. (Approx. 45 minutes)
