Rosemary Grilled Potatoes

Ingredients

Directions

    1. Microwave four potatoes until cooked. Let cool. Dice potatoes and lay on aluminum foil. Slice one onion and lay on top of potatoes.
    2. Drizzle one & half tablespoons of olive oil over them. Using fresh rosemary, peel leaves from two medium branches, sprinkle over the top of the potatoes and onions and season with garlic salt and pepper.
    3. Place on grill and turn once every 10 minutes or until cooked.
