Ingredients

Directions

    1. Peel large onion and cut into halves.
    2. Tear off a large piece of foil to wrap onion in. Place onion in center of foil.
    3. Place butter on top of onion, salt and pepper to taste.
    4. Wrap foil up tight to onion so that no vapors can escape from foil when cooking
    5. Place on hot grill (275-300 degrees) and cook for 25 minutes.
    6. Be careful when opening the foil because of the steam. Enjoy!
