Ingredients

Directions

    1. Whisk marinade ingredients in a bowl 30 minutes before using, whisk again before skewering.
    2. Clean and prepare the vegetables, skewer onto skewers alternating.
    3. Skewer the vegetables on the skewers, brush liberally with marinade, set in work dish at room temperature for 30 minutes.
    4. Heat grill on high for 20 minutes before use.
    5. Brush grill liberally with oil.
    6. Reduce grill area for Brochettes to medium low.
    7. Turn brochettes every 2 minutes and baste with marinade.
    8. Remove from grill when tomatoes appear to be bursting.
    9. Serve Vegetable Brochettes warm or at room temperature, baste with remaining marinade and sprinkle basil on top.
