Ingredients

Directions

    1. Melt butter in sauce pan.
    2. Cut zucchini in half. Scrape "meat" out of the center and add to butter, leaving peel intact. These will be your boats. Set aside.
    3. Add onion, garlic, hash browns & broccoli to butter and cook until onions are tender
    4. Fill boats up with cooked veggies. Add salt and pepper to taste and top with cheese.
    5. Wrap in nonstick foil or spray foil with a cooking spray. Cook on grill for 15-20 minutes or until hot.
